I've been building a game, and it's live: Art Empires.

Art Empires is a city-building empire game you play in your browser. Found a city, put your people to work gathering resources, construct and upgrade buildings, research new technologies, and expand with ships and colonies. The cards are the part I love most: every one is a deviation, submitted by the artist who made it. Build a deck, play practice matches in the Arena, open packs, and hang your favorite cards in your Galleries.
