Art Empires 0.24.0: Decks live at their own Curator's Office

Art Empires 0.24.0 is live. A deck now sails only to a city whose Curator's Office has a free slot, each office shows the decks in its own city, and automatic battles finish the kills they start.

Changed

• A deck can only be sent to a city with a Curator's Office and a free deck slot. The Port marks cities without room.
• Each Curator's Office shows only the decks in its own city, and a deck on its way there is marked On the way here. A new deck is made in that office's city.
• Your advisor suggests selling at the Auction House only when a city's store is full.
• Research waits and countdowns longer than a day show days, such as 1d 6h.

Fixed

• In automatic battles, once minions start on a kill, the rest of the group finishes it.
