Art Empires 0.30.0: Subscribe for platinum, and a shrinking city keeps its researchers

Art Empires 0.30.0 is live. You can subscribe to Art Empires on DeviantArt for platinum, a city that loses people takes them from its biggest job first, and your advisor warns when a Shipping Office has sent all it can for the day.

Added

• Three DeviantArt subscription tiers pay platinum: Empire Supporter and Muse & Empire 300 a month, Empire Patron 1,000. Connect your DeviantArt account to receive it; anything you paid for before connecting arrives when you do. The Platinum page links to the subscriptions.
• Your advisor tells you when a Shipping Office has sent all it allows today, and you can be notified of it. Its page shows how much of today's allowance is gone.

Changed

• A city that shrinks loses its idle citizens first, then takes people from its biggest job until it is level with the next. Your smallest job, usually your researchers, is the last one touched.
• Card lists can sort by rarity, rarest first. The Art Gallery's Cards you can hang opens that way and sits in its own box under the city's people.
• A notification for a new in-game message reads New Message: before its subject.
• When you arrive from another site, Google Analytics is told which site and campaign sent you, never an address inside the game. The privacy notice says so.

Fixed

• A research tip's Go opens the Research Institute on the technology it asks for.
• Add to plan works on a building's page while a second building of the same kind is going up in the city.
• An art style's effect is called satisfaction, as it is in the city's population box.
