Art Empires 0.41.0: Formatting in Diplomat messages

Art Empires 0.41.0 is live. Diplomat messages can use bold, italics, lists and quotes, and the City Planner opens faster.

• Messages in the Diplomat can use Markdown for bold, italics, lists, quotes, headings and code. A link always shows its full address beside its label, and pictures are not shown.

Changed

• The City Planner opens faster.

Fixed

• Art Gallery support from an exhibition theme updates when a card on the wall changes its class, minion type or keywords.
• A drag in the City Planner that the browser interrupts, for example by scrolling, no longer moves the build.
